Katerina Gan joined Linden as an Associate in 2023. Prior to joining Linden, Katerina was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair in the Healthcare group, where she focused on M&A advisory and capital raising transactions.

Katerina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Chicago.
