Jonathan Romick is Linden’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.  He oversees legal matters for the management company, private funds, and portfolio companies and leads Linden’s compliance program.  Prior to Linden, Mr. Romick was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for GEM Realty Capital.  Prior to GEM, he was a lawyer in the Real Estate Practice Group at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP and prior to that at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Mr. Romick holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
