Linden Capital Partners Welcomes Elizabeth Ko as Structured Capital Partner
Chicago, Illinois (July 30, 2026) – Linden Capital Partners (“Linden”), a Chicago-based private equity firm focused exclusively on healthcare, announced today that Elizabeth (“Liz”) Ko has joined the firm as a Partner and Co-Head of Linden’s Structured Capital Fund series.
Ms. Ko brings more than two decades of experience providing flexible capital solutions to middle-market companies. She joins Linden from Crescent Capital, where she served as a Managing Director on the firm’s Credit Solutions team, focusing on senior and junior private credit investments. Throughout her career, she has partnered with private equity sponsors to structure customized financing solutions that support growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other strategic initiatives.
