Linden Welcomes René Lorenz as Operating Partner, Further Strengthening Pharma Services Focus
Chicago, IL (August 8, 2023) – Linden Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused exclusively on healthcare, is pleased to announce the appointment of René Lorenz as an Operating Partner. Mr. Lorenz brings over 38 years of experience in the technology and biopharmaceutical services industries. Most recently, he served as the Chief Business Officer at IQVIA, where he was responsible for pricing strategies, strategic negotiations, business operations, and global sales.
As a key member of the executive leadership team at IQVIA, Mr. Lorenz served on the Executive Leadership Group for over 15 years. Prior to his tenure at IQVIA, he enjoyed a successful 23-year career at IBM (International Business Machines Corporation), where he held various senior leadership positions across sales, business operations, reseller channel, finance, and general management.

René Lorenz holds an Executive MBA in Finance and International Business from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College and an undergraduate degree from Rollins College.
