Linden Capital Partners Welcomes Bruce Broussard as Operating Partner
Chicago, Illinois (June 23, 2025) – Linden Capital Partners (“Linden”), a Chicago-based private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, announced today that Bruce Broussard has joined the firm as an Operating Partner.
Mr. Broussard brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience across the healthcare industry, including managed care, oncology, pharmaceuticals, assisted living and senior housing, home care, physician practice management, surgical centers, and dental networks, having held CEO, President, and CFO roles at private and public companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 organizations. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Humana Inc., one of the nation’s largest publicly traded healthcare companies, where he led the company for over a decade through a strategic transformation focused on improving health outcomes and delivering value-based care to millions of Americans. Prior to Humana, Mr. Broussard was Chief Executive Officer of US Oncology, Inc., a leading oncology services company.
