Marty Shamon brings more than a decade of experience across private equity, executive search, and high-growth organizations, with a focus on leadership strategy and executive recruiting within healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining Linden, Mr. Shamon led healthcare talent and network development at Norwest, a global private equity and venture firm. Previously, he was a member of the healthcare practice at Spencer Stuart, where he advised sponsor-backed and Fortune 500 organizations on recruiting senior executives and building leadership teams.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Shamon worked at G2, a leading software marketplace, and Kesem, a nonprofit supporting children affected by a parent’s cancer.

Mr. Shamon earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
