John Potthoff is an accomplished executive with extensive clinical research and medtech industry experience. Mr. Potthoff currently serves as the CEO of RQM+, an LCP portfolio company, where he has served as a Board member since 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Potthoff served as the CEO of Elligo Health Research as well as Theorem Clinical Research, which had a significant global medical device and diagnostics business unit. He also served in multiple roles over the decade he spent at INC Research, including President of Clinical Development and then COO, where he managed clinical development for CNS, oncology, infectious disease, cardiovascular, endocrine, and general medicine divisions.

Mr. Potthoff holds a BA in Psychology with Highest Honors, MA in Clinical Psychology, and PhD in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. He also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas at Austin Psychology Department for several years.
